• Are bowling lessons worth it, and how much can my average improve?

  If you put in the practice between lessons, yes. Most bowlers are leaving pins on the table with a few fixable things: fundamentals, release, and reading the lane. I bowled on the PBA Tour from 1995 to 2016 and coached tour players at Storm, so we work on the things that actually move your average.

• How do virtual bowling lessons work?

  You record video of your game at your home center and send it to me. We break it down together, I show you what I see, and you leave with clear things to work on. Virtual lessons work anywhere, so if Greenfield is too far, this is the way to do it.

• Do you teach beginners, or only competitive bowlers?

  Both. Some of my favorite lessons are with adult beginners, because it is easier to build good habits than to break bad ones. Wherever your game is, that is where we start.

• Do you coach youth, high school, and Jr Gold bowlers?

  Yes. Youth, high school, and Jr Gold bowlers are all welcome. The fundamentals we build at that age carry a bowler for life.

• Do I need my own ball and shoes for my first lesson?

  No. Bring your own gear if you have it. If you do not, we can start with house equipment at Strike Force Lanes, and when you are ready I will give you straight arsenal advice on what to buy and what to skip.

• Where do lessons take place and how do I book one?

  In-person lessons are at Strike Force Lanes, 1539 W Main St in Greenfield, Indiana, a short drive east of Indianapolis. Virtual lessons happen wherever you are. Tap an open time on the schedule and leave your name, phone, and email. That holds the time while I confirm it personally, and your confirmation arrives by email.
